Basic Communication Seminar
This training allows individuals to build on their social- and emotional intelligence. In addition to basic communication skills, self-reflection enables individuals to react appropriately in any given situation, promoting attentive and objective dialogue.
Communication & Leadership Training
In this training the focus is on handling demanding conversations which are a part of a managers task. Leadership requires a wide social competence and a strongly developed sense of responsibility. Participants will gain a clear understanding and learn how to distinguish the different roles and apply appropriate communications. This enhances the self-confidence, motivation and efficiency of your team.
