General Terms and Conditions for Therapy and Supervision:
Contract sessions, as well as telephone conversations, shall be charged at the agreed rate.
Sessions which have not been canceled 24 hours in advance, shall be charged at the agreed rate.
Insurance can pay towards psychotherapy if the Health Insurance Package includes a Zustazversicherung. Usually a doctor’s referral is required. Please make inquiries in advance.
General Business Conditions for Trainings, Courses and Seminars:
Cancellation or date changes made by the client 10 days prior to the arranged event, shall incurr a charge of 50% of the arranged price. Cancellation 5 days or less, prior to the event, full payment shall be incurred. In the case of „saYes“ cancelling the event, a new date shall be arranged and 10% of the price agreed will be deducted in lieu.
Changing Exiting Contracts:
In the case of the client altering, requesting changes or additions to the contents of the arranged training 3 days or less before the event, an hourly surcharge will be charged including all expences.
Miscellaneous:
All other requirements of the contract shall be noted within the details of the contract which shall have been signed by the client. Note shall be made of dates, methods used and the timing included and shall have been confirmed by the client.
